ReflectiHARD

ReflectiHARD^® Concrete Densifier is formulated utilizing reactive colloidal silica nano particles, suspended in an ultra-low surface tension liquid.  Its low viscosity and nano particle size allow it to deeply penetrate into the substrate. ReflectiHARD chemically reacts with the calcium hydroxide (lime) within the concrete matrix to create additional Calcium Silicate Hydrate (CSH) cementitious compounds. Colloidal silica is unique in comparison to silicate technologies in that it reacts and bonds with not only the silica within the concrete matrix but with itself. Its self-reactivity creates new permanent cementitious compound bonds, enabling it to build up density in a way that silicate technologies cannot do. 

ReflectiHARD Densifier has been manufactured using a proprietary ‘green’ process resulting in it being a zero VOCs, non-toxic liquid that does not require any scrubbing in, removal or disposal of hazardous materials, therefore making it safe and easy for end users to handle, and can be used for wet or dry processes. ReflectiHARD provides long-term sustainability by improving surface performance and extending its service life by creating an extremely abrasion and impact resistant floor. ReflectiHARD works very well with low lime decorative cementitious overlays.
